Your sales playbook, running in every conversation

Most playbooks live in a doc, a deck, or one person’s head. Toppp takes the one you have already proven and runs it — every enquiry, every follow-up, whatever the hour.

A playbook only pays off when someone uses it

Put a real week of conversations on the table. The issue is not whether the document exists; it is when it fails.

  • It stays on the shelf

GAP / 01 Trigger: it is read at onboarding, then put back in the drive. Result: nobody carries it into the live conversation.

  • Execution drifts

GAP / 02 Trigger: mood, workload and experience change. Result: the hardest-to-write steps are the first skipped.

  • It leaves with people

GAP / 03 Trigger: the top closer leaves. Result: the next hire starts from the document again.

Generating a playbook is the easy half

Plenty of tools write a playbook in a minute. The hard half is running it the same way on the thousandth conversation.

Four things a playbook must survive

Getting followed

Written down
Trigger: it relies on whoever read it. Result: execution changes with the day.
Running in Toppp
Action: each step becomes a goal-led stage. Result: unmet conditions stop the move.

Getting changed

Written down
Trigger: a new version lands in the drive. Result: the old one keeps being used.
Running in Toppp
Action: save and review a new version. Result: it takes effect only when explicitly applied.

Getting verified

Written down
Trigger: a manager samples or overhears. Result: you only know anecdotes.
Running in Toppp
Action: your rules become checks. Result: every conversation is scored against the same ones.

The part people do better

Written down
Trigger: no takeover line exists. Result: every deal is treated alike.
Running in Toppp
Action: you draw the line. Result: a person takes over there, with no seam for the customer.

Custom does not mean built from scratch. Toppp is customisation on a platform: the engine is shared, the playbook is yours.

From a playbook to a team that runs it

Four stages. Your playbook goes in at the first and is still yours at the fourth.

  1. 01

    Codify

How you open, how you qualify, how you answer the three objections, when you push for the close — written as stages, each with a goal and the conditions to move on. Not a script library.

  2. 02

    Scale

Roles split the way your process splits them: first touch, follow-up, questions. A lead agent routes, each sub-agent knows where its job ends, and the customer reads one reply.

  3. 03

    Compound

Conversations are scored against your criteria, not a generic quality metric. Fix a case once and the whole team runs the fixed version.

  4. 04

    Takeover

You draw the line for what your people take. The conversation moves across in the background, and to the customer it stays the same name.

What “running the playbook” looks like

Open

One enquiry landing at 23:40, four stages of your playbook, and the moment it stops being an AI’s job.Answer what was asked and keep the person talking

Moves on only once the ask is understood

Qualify

One enquiry landing at 23:40, four stages of your playbook, and the moment it stops being an AI’s job.Read intent against your own tiers

Moves on only once the tier is set

Objection

One enquiry landing at 23:40, four stages of your playbook, and the moment it stops being an AI’s job.Answer it the way your best closer would

Blocked from promises you have ruled out

Close or pass to a person

Your line decides which

One enquiry landing at 23:40, four stages of your playbook, and the moment it stops being an AI’s job.

Afterwards every turn is replayable: what it weighed, which tools it called, how long it took.

Three ways to check the playbook is followed

Not a dashboard promise. Three things you can open yourself.

  • The review workbench

Open it live: required phrases, banned phrases, sensitive-topic limits, tool calls and reply quality all run against your rules.

  • The replay

Open a bad conversation: every turn’s reasoning, tool calls and timing are there, so the broken step is visible.

  • The takeover switch

Switch one customer only: that conversation moves to a person while the rest keep running, with no seam outside.

Decide whether this playbook should scale

This is the fit panel: proven method, repeated volume, writable standard. Miss one and hold off.

Decide whether this playbook should scale

  • FIT / 01 A playbook that already works Decision: written down, or in your best closer’s head, is enough. No proven method means nothing to replicate.
  • FIT / 02 Volume with repetition Decision: repeated questions, objections and cadence make this worth scaling.
  • FIT / 03 A standard someone can write down Decision: if someone can define good conversation and forbidden promises, checks can be written.

Not a fit: if the job is answering questions and stopping there, choose the cheaper tool.

What buyers ask about the playbook

Do you write the playbook for us?

No. TOPPP builds around a method you have already proven — a written playbook, or the one in your best closer’s head. During the demo TOPPP helps you draw it out, step by step. If nothing has been proven yet, there is nothing to replicate.

What happens when the playbook changes?

Changes are saved as a new configuration version and applied once it passes review; conversations already in progress switch to it immediately. If the new version reads worse, go back.

What stops it going off the playbook?

Each stage carries the conditions to move on, so a conversation cannot skip a step. Wording you have ruled out, sensitive-topic limits and tools that must never be called are written as checks; break one and it fails before launch.

How is this different from uploading docs to a generic AI tool?

Uploaded documents give an assistant something to quote. A playbook is a sequence with judgement in it: when to qualify, when to push, when to stop and get a person. TOPPP builds that sequence as stages, tests it against your criteria, and routes the case to a person at the line you draw.

Is our conversation data used to train models?

No. TOPPP calls general-purpose model APIs and does not train models itself, so TOPPP does not use your conversations as training data for its own models.

Bring the playbook. Watch it run.

About 30 minutes. We walk your playbook end to end, mark the steps that should stay with your people, and show the rest running.

    1. 01First, walk your current playbook through a real conversation
    2. 02Then mark the steps that should stay with your people
    3. 03Finally, see the rest run as stages, with checks attached
