AI sales agent alternatives, grouped by product form
Start with the form: CRM, phone, inbox, or AI running the sale itself. Once the form is clear, the choice narrows.
How this list works
Three rules before you read the list.
Form first, features later
A feature list can be copied; a product form cannot. Whether the base is a CRM, a phone line or an inbox, and whether the AI runs the sale itself, is what sets the ceiling.
Every claim traces back
Everything said here about another vendor comes from their own site, dated. Vendors change pricing without telling us; where this page and their site disagree, believe theirs.
Who should pick them
Every card ends with one line on when to pick the other vendor. You are comparing and will check anyway, so overselling gains us nothing.
If all you want is a Q&A tool that stops once the question is answered, or your business runs on offline relationships and a few large deals, most of this won’t apply.
The AI speaks, then runs the sale
Same form as ours: AI speaks directly to the customer. The difference is the channel, and how deep “custom” goes.
百应科技 (byai.com) · cn
Phone, WeCom and SMS, the AI on the line itself, an architecture close to ours. It sells pre-built industry capability; customising stops at templates and settings. No playbook of your own to replicate, and you want industry capability off the shelf.
句子互动 (juzibot.com) · cn
Another AI-worker platform with on-site delivery and a QA product. It charges per lead against agreed outcomes, not by subscription. You would rather put the risk on pay-for-outcome than own this method long term.
Conversica · intl
The vendor that founded this category. Email and SMS are as complete as they get, and higher-ed admissions has its own industry page. No phone, no messaging apps. Email is your sales channel and your buyers are North American.
Structurely · intl
Closest form to ours: calls and texts that book, live transfer once a lead qualifies, months of follow-up. Home improvement and universities included. You want phone booking plus a live transfer, and your industry is on its list.
Fin for Sales · intl
Runs an inbound sale inside a web chat window, priced per outcome, strongest in self-serve B2B SaaS. Your customers close in the chat window on your own site, and you sell B2B SaaS.
Another system underneath, the AI on top
The base here is a CRM, an inbox or a local-business system, and the AI came later. Their strength is often the base itself — so the real question is whether you want that base, or that layer of AI.
尘锋 (dustess.com) · cn
A complete private-messaging operation, deep industry work, real customer scale. Its AI workers live on its own CRM, so using that layer usually means being its customer first. You already run its CRM everywhere and want a layer of AI on what you have.
快商通 (kuaishang.cn) · cn
The deepest track record in aesthetics. Its strength is turning ad traffic into contact details, and it was pitching top-closer cloning back in 2023. Your bottleneck is getting contact details off an ad landing page, not what happens after.
Podium · intl
An operating system for US local business: reviews, payments and phones in one bundle, with AI Employee as one part. Med spa and home services have their own pages. You run US storefronts and want reviews and payments replaced in the same move.
Wati / Respond.io · intl
Mature WhatsApp inboxes, broadcasts and workflow automation — what most buyers meet first when they search on that channel. The AI is a layer added on top. You want the WhatsApp inbox and broadcasts, and your people run the sales conversation.
After the call lands, who follows up?
The phone side is mature. The break comes after the call: the person is in WeCom, then someone has to follow up.
百度智能云客悦 · cn
Digital workers sold by job title, persona pre-set, phone first, and more brand search than anyone here. After the call it pushes a WeCom invite; the person moves on. You need one standardised call, and someone already handles follow-up.
呼波特 / 云蝠 (whobot.com / telrobot.top) · cn
Two faces of the AI phone worker, both turning a number into a WeChat contact, with training and education as home turf. Follow-up after that is not their product. You want the numbers called once and added on WeChat; your people take it from there.
Synthflow / Retell / Bland · intl
Infrastructure for voice agents, generous building blocks, plenty of industry use cases. Assembling a team that can run a sale is your engineering project. You have engineers and want to build a voice agent into your own stack.
The AI never speaks; it prompts
Conversation analytics and agent assist. The AI listens, distils and prompts; your people still do the talking. The cleanest line here: nothing repetitive leaves your plate, and “the AI said the wrong thing” never happens. We put the line elsewhere.
You get the building kit, not the built team
A general agent platform ships a toolkit. Which stage follows which, what actions exist, what gets said at each step — you define it, maintain it, and keep iterating. The architecture sounds like ours, but the people and time it takes to land do not.
Looks similar, does something else
This group is here to save you time. They run outbound cold contact — finding people who never raised a hand and opening by email or LinkedIn. We run the conversation with the ones who already did. Plenty of companies want both.
11x / Artisan / AiSDR · intl
They find people who never raised a hand, open by email and LinkedIn at volume, and book meetings on your calendar. Outbound work, not intake work. Growth comes from opening conversations, not from the ones that arrive.
Topo.io · intl
A YC W24 outbound AI SDR: email and LinkedIn, B2B leads found by signal. The two are not competitors; that page is a factual side-by-side. If what you want is signal-based B2B cold outbound, that is them, not us.
After you compare
A list only settles who is who. To land it on your own business, take one of these three.

Not at the vendor stage yet? Start with what six kinds of product can do, and what to test before launch.
By industry
Education, online courses, insurance, aesthetics, home renovation, local services — each stalls in its own place.
The product
Four stages — codify the playbook, scale the execution, compound the learning, humans where they matter.
Bring your playbook — watch it become a team
A demo takes about 30 minutes and covers three things
- 01Map your current sales playbook and find what AI should take
- 02Show how your method becomes an AI closing team
- 03Run both ledgers — conversion and cost — on your own numbers
